I'm Currently Feeling:  | stomach ache
hi
ladys
i keep getting stomach ach and really bad smelling wind (sorry)
its that kind of ache you get when you eat somthing that dosnt agree with you.
only problem is im getting it every day
my dh is a chef so im always eating healthy stuff
one day im constipated and the next i have the runs
im so confused is it normal

I'm Currently Feeling: | i have really bad wind. it smells like garbage!! 
As long as the stomach pains are to do with wind/constipation then there's no need to panic. But i know it is painfull!!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | hi i get those pains too and the constipation and runs am trying to eat a danone activia yoghurt every day to see if that helps as it says it helps digestive discomfort i hope it works and so do the rest of my household lol |
