it could just be increased discharge hun, but could also be Bacterial vaginosis which is nothing to worry about its an infection, but with treatments gos away, i had it in early pregnancy also and it causes grey or white discharge,
visit your GP for a swab to rule it out
Sounds like thrush to me, i had thrush early pregnancy, it can be treat with some canestan cream. Oh, and don't worry about being dry down there, i've been dry from the very start
