they are called Stemetil in the uk and you can only get them via your doctor, but if your one of these really ill people like me and i mean really ill cant hold water down ill (anything other than that is normal sorry,,,) i strongly recommend asking your doc for some of these :-D

Thanks Uv. I don't think I'm as bad as you at the moment. Mind you water makes me feel sick anyway. I've been having trouble with drinks and bread and things. If its still bad at my next doctors appointment I think I will mention how bad it's getting!

the pills are ment for emergancys like when you havnt eaten or drank anything for a day, if the pills dont woke within half hour its a trip to the hospital
