I'm Currently Feeling: | Whatever you do, DON'T STRAIN. You'll get piles/heamorroids. Eat lots of fibre and drink plenty of water. If that doesn't help, pop to the docs! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hadn't had this problem myself but agree with toria, straining is not good. I have heard that apple juice is a good natural laxative. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I have had this, and I still find it quite sore to go sometimes. Plus, sometimes I don't go for 3-4 days still. Apples didn't work for me. Cereal did. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I Had this really bad still do. It got to 3 weeks and i hadn't been my body started rejecting food cause i got so clogged up went the doctor he told me i shouldnt have left it so long done a blood test and i had toxions in my blood from back log had tablets for a few weeks cause of this and gave me lactulose which is mild lacitives and i take once a week to clear back log aswell as fibre gel. Which can be bought over the counter and is just a drink thats full of fibre and is harmless. Before taking anything else I would consult your doc as each person is diff. But bear in mind when i went doc with this problem he gave me an examination of back passage. Lets just say i no longer own anything below my neck :-) Good Luck xx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Loss of appitite is a pregnancy symptom, I wouldn't get too worried about it. I would see a doctor though! |
