Steel-cut oatmeal is a godsend for this! Get the real stuff (not instant) and you might be pleasantly surprised.

Thanks for the tips I eat bananas all the time at least one a day, in sandwiches and ice cream and everything at the mo! i also have wheatabix or rice krispies every morning... I will be persistant tho

lol. It does help and ups your daily in take of fibre as well which is always a help also what others are saying are good. look at cerals, i hate cornflakes but when i looked at golden nuggets (Children Ceral) it had the same vitimans and minerals in it as cornflakes had. :-) so now im when im hungry im forever round at my mum house pinching my teenage brothers :-) x

This is my first pregnancy symptom. Water and fiber helped clear the way.
