Easy to Swallow Vitamins?

Hi,

I've not long had my bfp but want to get my diet sorted asap. Can you advise the best multivits to take. Pref the smallest in size to as I find taking tablets really hard!

I'm veggie by the way if that makes a difference?

Fank u! Ika x x

Hi, i'm taking pregnacare at the minute. I wouldn't say they are the smallest of tablets, but i don't really have a problem swallowing them. I've heard pregnacare is probably the best multivits to take right through pregnancy x

ive been told that using vitamins in table form just makes ur wee more expensive as ur body doesnt abosorb them.

the best way to get ur diet sorted is to get more fruit and veg down u.

altho there are plenty of chewy vitamins that taste great

I used to take Pregnacare but one day they were sold out in boots so I bought Sanatogen mum to be vitamins + Omega 3!
They are easier to swallow and when I bought some more this week I compared the vitamin content in them against pregnacare and they contain a higher level of most vitamins! I am really impressed with them! there are 2 capsules to take each day but I find em ok! AND they are around £5 cheaper per box than Pregnacare! Boots have them on £-for-2 at the min too! BARGAIN!!!

P.S. they ahve the full recommended dose of folicacid that the WHO recommends for pregnancy

Thank you, will try your ideas I've got the Pregnacare ones but I just can't swallow them - even when halved! I'm going out shopping to will try and get some of the ones you've suggested x
