Make sure you are never hungry or without food, keep something with you all the time and will keep it at bay slightly.

Nothing worked for me! I tried almost everything thats been suggested but still felt nauseous all day, every day. I was given cyclizine tablets when I was 8wks and they worked within a couple of days. They're normally given for travel sickness but they're safe to use during pregnancy hope u get some relief soon!

Well after trying a ton of the Ginger products I have to confess that they haven't worked for me!
My morning sickness seems to get really bad in the evenings now too and I am struggling to have my dinner - the smell of food seems to make we want to throw up!
I have tried Muller Fruit Yogurt (Cherry flavour) and that is actually really easy to keep down and friendly to the taste buds!
I also tried corn on the cob with a touch of butter and lemon juice and that also helped me to get rid of that sick feeling!
I haven't tried the salt and vinegar crisps yet, but may try that too....

Thanks for all the support ladies and I hope that you all feel better xxx

I tried some mini cheddars this morning as I didn't have my Ginger biscuits with me. They definitely helped x

I have just found out that breadsticks work quite nicely if you don't have biscuits in the house! x
