As soon as I started with morning sickness everyone was telling me Ginger was the answer ginger tea, fresh ginger, ginger biscuits, crystalised ginger, ginger, ginger, ginger. It didnt work ginger actually made me worse.
The only thing that helped me was sucking on boiled sweets all day and wearing sea bands on my wrists.

However I am glad to say the day I reached 10 weeks it went, I have never worried so much in my life I thought it was bad news, but all is good and I feel great now!

Good Luck

Oh dear.

I had severe MS this pregnancy and last that ended up putting me in hospital both times due to de-hydration and the only thing that worked for me was the anti-sickness pills I was given.

Could you ask your GP for something?

I thought I would try the natural remedies before seeing my GP again..
Do the sea bands on the wrists work? I may just try them.

I haven't read the replies yet so don't know if it's already been suggested but barley sugar helped me last time. I bought a bunch of sweets and would just suck on those and it seemed to help. I'm sorry you're feeling so unwell.

Ginger root capsules and pilot boy crackers works wonders for me. Oh and theses chewable wafer things called "Nauzene or Nausene", from health food stores. My doc approved them, works great...

I have just ordered something off the net called Preggie Pops, Got mine from Amazon. I guess they work a little like sucking sweets! I have had Hyperemisis and the ONLY thing that has worked for me is anti sickness drugs from the Doc. I am taking them and now I still FEEL sick even tho I cant BE sick!
So thas why I thought I'd give these a try! they seem to have good reviews So I figure its worth a go!

Hope you find something that works for you hun x x

I haven't actually been sick yet but am suffering from nausea at all times of the day and night. It's already been mentioned but nibbling on ginger biscuits is helping me. I've also found toast and tea has managed to send it packing this morning. My doctor suggested eating little and often. I don't know about anyone else but I am suffering from indigestion, I feel like I want to burp all the time. I've taken some gaviscon tablets for that and they seem to be working. I tried peppermint tea at first, it did help but I can't stand the taste of it. Lol!

I'm suffering aswel. All day every day!
I was told ginger biscuits but it hasn't seemed to work for me. The only time I'm not feeling as sick is when I'm actually eating.
My mum had 6 children and didn't feel sick with any of us so she's struggling to understand lol.

Hi, I had really bad m/s until this morning!
My sisters a GP and suggested that if my multivitamin had iron in it then that could be making me feel sick, the NHS offer a free vitamin with just folic acid, vit C and vit D in it so I stopped the multivitamin on wed night and started the NHS vit yesterday lunchtime and I feel AMAZING!!!
It could just be a coincidence and my m/s could be stopping early or I could be just having a good day but it might be worth a try.
