I agree with a previous post, having the 'usual' symtoms reminds me that everything is right on schedual and that my body is doing exactly what its 'supposed' to be doing. To be honest, the thing that gives me the most relief is when I just throw up, earlier in the morning rather than later, then I can move on with the rest of my day in peace.
I think my 'morning sickness' started the week before I found I was pregnant (so, about week 4) although, all I was experiencing at that stage was complete lack of appetite.
I'm yet to find something that absolutely makes me feel better every time, for a couple of weeks crystalised ginger was pretty good relief now I'm liking toast with just butter on it and fizzy mineral water drinks, not too sweet though. I keep switching between wanting foods like soup or stew, and dry foods, like toast and cookies.
