achey in bed?


Is anyone else achey in bed sometimes? I know I lie twisted anyway...but I feel achey sometimes in bed, especially my back and abdomen.... not great when you've just spent a grand on a new bed.....

My back hurts early in the morning after sleeping all night and wakes me up at like 7am every day. When I get up it goes away.

yeh when I move around it's fine, but I'm restricted to how much I can move cause my limbs are knackered. It's just like backache when AF comes

In my first trimester I used to get really achy legs - they were really painful - but it went after a month or so

So glad I'm not the only one! My back and legs ache constantly--sometimes it's bad enough to keep me awake at night. My lower back is especially sore and I can't seem to stay in one position for very long before I have to move.

Is it too early to buy one of those full body pregnancy pillows? I hear they are great for preggos who can't sleep because of body aches.

is this achyness almost an urge to stretch for you? I've been getting this every morning even before I knew I was PG in my legs. If I don't stretch them out they feel really funny,,?

Im super fidgity in bed too my OH laughs at me sometimes..lol..I start whinning to wake him up so he can cuddle me back to sleep..I don't work so its not like I don't have the rest of the day to sleep...lol...my tummy was a lil sore this morning ate too much before I went to sleep..lol..

My legs used to feel better if i stretched them out and moved them around, but as soon as I rested them they woudl ache again.

My back aches all the time, but I find that if I make an effort to stand straight and not arch my back, the pain goes away.
