body pillow advice

i am honestly finding it more difficult to sleep now, i wake up a few times and i toss a lot. if i lie on my back too long i cant breathe well..

i have seen these full length body pillows around and id like to know from someone who has one if it really made a difference to them.
the reason i ask and dont just buy one and try for myself, is that they are very expensive where i live. i have only found one place that sells them, they can be used as nursing pillows after, and for the baby to sit on in a kind of dough nut so i know they have other uses but they are about $65 here...
just to be clear im talking about something that looks like this but not this one exactly..

would appreciate hearing from girls who have used them.. pros and also cons thanks..

I have this one from a website called bumpto2.com

I've used it every night for about 6 weeks! It's great when you get used to it (although it is like having an extra person in bed with you!)

I find it good for bump support and also to lean against to stop me lying on my back. I wouldn't be without it now and for the price it's worth it.
I'm not on commission (honestly) I'm just in love with it!

(It also works a treat to stop DH rolling onto his back and snoring after a few bevvies!!)

xx xx

Defo a good investment! But the same type of thing could be made out of a normal pillow - I'm finding that I'm breathless on my back at the mo! xx xx

I had long MAT pillow. Loved it I hugged into to sleep & really helped ... then I had to fight my OH for it who did the same !

Never used it for bubs though!
