but it is normal to feel pains too? Like tummy cramps and niggles and feeling full up?

Hey Hun Im Actually in Norfolk to and only a few weeks ahead of you if you would like to be Bump Buddies. I had severe constipation the best normal thinks that work are things like Wetabix, Bran flakes, Dried Appricots, Failing that if you go to boots they do something called Mil Par doesnt taste that great but does the Job

Hi hun, firstly massive congrats!!

Ok so I've had constipation since about 8 weeks and it hasn't eased. I've been taking lactulose for 5 weeks now and it's fab stuff.

Prune juice, pear juice etc didn't work, neither did senna. DH got me a bottle from Boots before I got my prescription, see how you get on with it.

One tip, take it with a mouthful of water or something to eat as it can make you nauseous.

Let me know how you get on, it's really not fun. And I've had loads of stabby pains, bleeding etc with it.
