Hints and tips for Morning Sickness

Hiya, I am having a really bad time with M/S! I knew I would this is why I cant have the pill. Thing is most of my shifts are morning ones. Also I seem to have, morning noon and night sickness! I have tried eating little and often that seems to help some what but I was wondering about your tips. Arrowroot biscuits were reccomeneded to me... however I just seem to throw them back up!

Well, they say that you should eat raw toast or bisquits and have lots of fluids...

Sometimes it works for me.
My sickness is terrible,I'm currently on some pills proscribed by my doctor for my blood pressure so it also helps...

When I had really bad morning sickness I had to eat before I even got out of bed. I'd have a couple of rich tea biscuits or something similar. It also helped if I ate pretty much all the time - little and often.

Luckily I seem to be through the worst, I still feel nauseous a lot but haven't actually been sick for over a week

xx

I eat little and often, but the best thing i have found is cleaning my teeth every time i eat cos i normally get it when i either smell something (so i chew some minty gum) or the taste in my mouth after i eat. Ha ha ha not sure if its just me tho

I keep a package of Saltine crackers next to my bed and slowly eat a couple of them first thing in the morning. That lets me get through my routine long enough to make a decent breakfast and as long as I don't overeat or let myself get hungry throughout the day, I am fine.

Also, try not to lie down right after eating. I find that as long as I give myself a while to digest before bedtime or a nap it really, really helps.

Morning sickness is no fun. I hope you feel better soon!
