I have been told several things by different people that have worked for them in the past. I am suffering badly with it too, like you, mine is all day at different times. I am actually being sick but it's just watery like bile rather than anything I have eaten (even after I have just eaten!).

Ginger biscuits
Ginger Tea
Plain rich tea biscuits/digestives
Dry toast
Sprite
Bananas
Sucking a boiled sweet
Having a dry biscuit 10 mins before you get up

Have to say that none of them have worked for me so far so I am still looking!

Motion sickness bands are really good....

Suck mints, or chewing gum.....
Never have an empty stomach....
Keep hydrated.....
Eat something like a biccie just before you sleep, and as soon as you wake up....
and try some heartburn/indigestion remedies... sometimes they help to stop you feeling sick.

Hope you feel better soon

I do always like to turn a negative into a positive.. and in this case, it's always this.....

Pregnancy sickness is always a sign that you are producing lots of the hormones which support your pregnancy... so the more sick you feel, the more reassured you can feel too Small price to pay for your little bundle

Grapes are working for me at the moment but I'm sure it won't be long before they start to make me feel sick. I'm gonna try sugar free spear mint polos next. Ginger biscuits worked for a few days as did the dry crackers

I ate soda crackers and drank 7 up for my MS (but I never had problems throwing up, just a lot of nausea). I've heard that eating soda crackers before you even get out of bed in the morning is supposed to help. Good luck, I hope you feel better soon

I found I had no interest in food especially roasting chicken urgh the smell .....

One of the only foods that would sit well was chips with either curry sauce or gravy. Also bread was fine, so toast and butter was passable.

After reading and being told about ginger biscuits, I scoured the shelves in shops and found none, so made my own. Worked brilliant, they just went too fast!!!

No real remedies at all, but can tell you that it will pass, you'll get through it.

I've had really bad morning sickness and i tend to get in 24/7 and i have found the the only things that seem to help is sipping on lucozade orange before getting out of bed and starting the day with a bowl on fruit and fibre normally wards off the sickness till lunchtime atleast. Other then that i have learnt to try and get on with it.

sao xx
