I've always had very vivid dreams, tended to think of my sleeping mind as a private cinema... Often my dreams would be really exciting thriller type dreams and of course I was always playing the lead role. I usually love them! Last night though, I dreamt I was raped  - it was horrible and every moment was really graphic. Afterwards (in the dream) I was trying to phone the police on my mobile but it wouldn't work. I kept ringing 999 and it either wasn't getting through or I pressed the wrong buttons. At one point I got through but then another voice on the line stole my slot and I had to keep trying to get through. I was really worried about my baby. Anyway, I was very surprised and relieved to wake up and find it was all a dream, though in my half sleeping state I found myself reaching out for my real phone to dial 999. Thankfully I realised where I was before actually calling the police (imagine that!)I hope I don't get too many more like that! |
