| pillows? Ive just been trying to look up some suggestions for trouble sleeping at night. One was to sleep with a pillow bettween your legs? Its this just a comfort thing or will it actually help fight off the urge to pee? lol... im desperate to try anything.
Im doing the warm milk tonight. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I´m still fighting the urge to pee and i´m 20 weeks gone! I think the pillow between your legs is to ease strain on your hips when you lie on your side. Might be wrong tho!!! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I had no idea that this works in the early stages.I read that in your later months the pillow between legs is helpful...
I don't think it helps with how often you pee,it's just more comfortable... | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I started sleeping w/a pillow between my knees already. It really helps later on as your pelvis starts to spread and stretch (ouch!), but it helps me stay on my side right now. I am seriously thinking about buying a wedge pillow this time around so it will be easier to roll over the the other side. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm quite lucky and only have to get up once to pee. Sometimes not at all but I end up in a lot of pain in my hips and with leg cramps while I'm sleeping. I haven't found pillows anywhere make much difference to me and just annoy me when I turn over (which I have to do a lot).
Having one of my legs raised up much higher though does seem to really help with the pain. It has to be level or higher than my hips though so I tend to put my leg over OH while I'm sleeping. He doesn't like it though and always pushes me off. How inconsiderate! | | | | Status: Offline
