It is normal hon, and a good sign cos the bean is draining you to grow and keep healthy! Just go with the flow and get naps whenever you can. A 10 minute nap can do wonders!

It does suddenly hit you but i'm afraid it gets even worse when the baby arrives! I swear they could use sleep deprivation as torture!! try little naps in the day. x

I think the worst part is I think of myself as pretty strong most of the time. I never thought a little creature the size of a kidney bean could take so much out of me.

I have to say i fell asleep when i came home from work on tuesday and that twigged to me that i might be PG to start with. It is normal and there isn't really isn't a miricle cure, sleep when you can take naps as the others have said. Fingers crossed for you, hopefully not long now and you'll be feeling better

i'm 12 weeks and i still feel exhausted. my entire body feels heavy and sluggish and i'm having trouble finding motivation to do anything. i've read that it begins to change during the first few weeks of the 2nd trimester and you begin to feel energetic again. hopefully this will happen for you sooner rather than later!
