Can someone plz help me, I am really worried I am having some blood spotting. I am 26 yrs old and having first child with my husband.

After I urinate, when i wipe myself I can see streaks of blood. I am 6 weeks pregnant. i am very worried.

I can see also sometimes blood in my urine, like a small red dot. dont know what to do has anyone experienced this. Also i am having back pain, is this normal should i be worried. please help ...

Hey hun... it could be all sorts of things, good, bad or nothing at all!... bleeding of any sort should be checked out though. If youre worried i'd pop down to a&e and let them check you out.

I had some bleeding last weekend and did just that myself. It stopped again but we still dont know what it was. Theyve booked me in for an early scan this week so hopefully if nothing else theyll do similar and shorten the worry time for you.

Blood in urine and backache could mean a urinary tract infection? I would book in with your gp

if u devlop pain go to ur a&e as docs wont be open til tues but if there is no strong pain book in with ur gp asap and ask for a early scan hun, they will do their best to get to the bottom of things. hope all ends well, thinking of u

Yep, sounds like a UTI to me. Go to your nearest walk in center (not A&E) and get something for it. If you leave it you can end up with a kidney infection. Really painful, so you don't want go there! Good luck and hope you feel better soon x x

It could indeed be a UTI - very common in pregnancy. I know how worrying any bleeding can be in early pregnancy, esp. really early when you have just got used to the idea of being pregnant, started to imagine what your baby will look like and it is too early to scan - i do not do being patient very well! Try not to worry, bleeding is very common in early pregnancy, most often the cause isn't known. Obviously if the bleeding becomes severe then go to A&E but if not then either go to your GP or if your local maternity unit has an early pregnancy unit go there - these can be really useful esp. if you can self-refer and they may be able to scan you there and then. With my first child i experienced spotting at 6 weeks and 8 weeks however there was no back pain which makes me think you may have a urine infection so go see your doctor i may be wrong but at least the doc will rule it out and put your mind at ease take care

I experienced spotting at 7 weeks which lasted 2 days it was only light and dark brown and no pain with it. It was after sex aswell.
