I had to go look at my best mates dog yesterday, she was going to have her ut to sleep in the moring and the vet refused as 'she wasnt that bad'
She was a 15 yr old spaniel that my mate had rescued ages ago.
I entered the room and Sophie didnt even look at me, or raise her head, so i had to phone her and tell her i think she was right and the vet was wrong.
So another vet came and PTS'ed her.
So hard telling a friend, but it was for the best.
So sorry to hear about your chin' they are lovely animals.

I had to have my 4 year old chinchilla put to sleep last week after he didn't recover very well from a tooth operation. It was a very difficult decision to make

Thank you all so much, she was lovely and a crazy lovely little princess that slightly filled a whole a few months after my mum passed away and has been very much loved!!! I am sure she had lots of fun i just wish she could have had some more!!!! Although i am glad for the swiftness so that i am sure she never suffered!!
