Feeling Rubbish

Feel Rubbish today,
Have been sick since 4:05am, have been to the toilet god knows how many times, and i just overall feel pants!
Looking for things to occupy my mind, instead of making me feel more pants

I felt like that for 3 days in a row last week hun so i so sympathise with you. I ended up staying in bed and reading. Got through every pregnancy magazine going ! ha ha
Make sure you keep drinking lots of water and take it easy. It will pass i promise you, you just need to ride ot out, keep thinking about the end result and it will be so worthwhile when you got your little one in your arms !!
Good luck and hope you feel better soon xx

Agreed with Gems. Make sure you keep your fluids up... and try something plain like dry toast or a digestive.. I know you probably don't feel like eating, but it can make you feel better to just have something little, and the sugar will give you some energy too Hope you feel better soon

Oh,I know how you're feeling...but as they said above, make sure you drink enough fluids and eat something dry...i know that eating is currently very hard but try forcing yourself...

Hope you feel better soon. In the early stages of my pregnancy I survived on soda crackers and 7 up. I've heard that eating soda crackers first thing in the morning, before you get out of bed, is supposed to help.
