After my only experience of pregnancy so far involving loss with mmc, I've constantly been set up and prepared for it to happen again. On thursday, I saw my son  He is perfect in all the ways he should be and more. And today he is 14 weeks old  He's heart is beating strong, his nuchal measurement is fine, only downside is his mummy feels like poo! Amazingly the sonographer was able to tell me the sex, and said I'll get confirmation at my next scan but was 85% sure, so unless a few bits fall off in the next 6 weeks, I'll be welcome Leon William into the world in around 5 1/2 months time.... I just want to say thankyou to you all for the advice, well wishes, positive affirmation and all round love sent to me and my baby.... Love to you all  |
