Try taking the vits at bedtime for starters. I have heard that B6 can help morning sickness so ask your midwife about that. See you MW though, she might have advice.

Speak to your midwife first, she might recommend you see your gp, if you are really bad they can prescribe anti-sickness tablets which should help

The only thing you need to worry about at this stage is dehydration. Not keeping food down will not affect your baby however if you can't keep fluids down for a prolonged period of time then you are in danger of becoming dehydrated and may need to go to hospital for monitoring and to get your levels back up via a drip. This is last resort though. At the very least I would get checked out by your gp and at least enquire about anti-sickness meds. Try ice lollies and ice cubes to get some fluid in you if you can't stand drink. I know it's a cliche but it will get better and it'll be worth it in the end (even if it doesn't seem like it right now) xxxxxxxxx

Hey hun,

I'm also sufferring badly and have been signed off work! I couldn't keep water down, but i have found if I add the tiniest bit of cordial then it will. Eating little and often seems to help also - aside from that I really don't have any advice. ohh having a nap during the day seems to be doing the trick too. I talked to my doctor and he preferred to sign me off work and rest rather than perscribe medication. As eveyone else has mentioned, i would just make contact and if nothing else, he/she can reassure that your MS will not harm bubs xxx

you poor thing
my best friend suffered terrible morning sickness & found the only thing she could keep down was shortbread fingers, because they were too dry for her to bring up.
i hope you feel better soon.
xx

I had really bad morning sickness too so I took my vitimins at night which seemed to help. Have you tried hot milk when you feel sick, it's the only thing that eased my stomach. Hope you feel better soon x x x
