Is it normal?


Hey guys, i have just found out that i am 7 weeks pregnant and there is a few questions that i am unsure about.

Is it normal to have pains in theses places...
- around my belly button

and

- on both sides of my tummy?

Please get bk to me

Its more than likly your uterus growing. But i would check with doctor if they start worrying you xx

Yes it's normal. Those pains are just caused by your uterus stretching to prepare for the baby growing.

hey, yeah it is as i was told if its bearable then all should be ok and also i wouldn't worry unless the pain was low as thts where babba is sitting x

Ah right thanks guys. there was one pain that i didnt mention. Its at the top part of my tummy you know the part underneath our lady parts. I have appointment to see the midwife on wednesday so i can see what she says for a second advice

sounds like what I had. my "stretching pain" went away at around week 9 i think.

Lucky you only finding out you are pregnant at week 7! three weeks less worrying than I had

so i shouldnt be worried then. Its all the streching is that all it is.

Depends what type of pain your getting but I should let you know that i've had stabbing pains, ripping pains, pulsing pains, quick sharp pains that would stop me in my tracks, dull aches, period like pains... the list goes on.

Every little pain used to freak me out but the hospital have reassurred me that it's completely normal and it's just where you body is stretching and making room for your baby.
