I started spotting this afternoon, then started bleeding enough that I had to wear a pad ( i bled a little with my daughter as well ) and then passed 1 dark clot this evening. I am going to the ER in the morning to see if my baby is still in there...........I pray to god that it is. We have been trying for so many years, and I'm going to be completely devistated if we have lost this baby Please keep me in your prayers ladies. I would truly appreciate it! Thank you.

UPDATE:

Thank you all so much I went into the ER they took blood work, and came back to tell me that my HCG level was a 2 and that my blood came back as a negative pregnancy. They presumed to tell me that the 4 HPT's I took were false positives and had no explanation as to why my blood came back positive 4 days ago. All they could tell me was that I was no longer pregnant. I am SHOCKED and puzzled. I have since passed another clot about as big as a tennis ball :/ I am so thankful for the support and love of my family though..they are truly AMAZING and I am so blessed to have them in my life.

Hopefully as of now I am extremely fertile because of this and hope to god to come back and STAY with you lovely ladies VERY VERY soon!

Dearest I will pray for you and hope that everything is ok.... I am always here to talk too... I will keep my fingers crossed that everything will be fine and from all the stories I read here, the chances are just as good that it is fine as not...

Well lets have an honest chat as girls... I was always under the impression that blood equaled a m/c BUT...After months of google and the forums and friends, I have really found that a lot of women have bleeding that they perceive as a period that ends in a healthy pregnancy. The clotting is worrisome I know...Honestly, I lost a pg in the third month and it ended up being a blighted ovum and not a baby- It was very emotional and I didn't know the details until after a D&C. I realized since then that our bodies are so good at making sure things are near perfect- Sometimes there are problems that need medical intervention and sometimes our bodies just do these things. I was in fertility for a bit before I got pg and I learned that the uterus actually contracts upon implantation and if an embryo isn't holding on it gets sluffed out. Also the hormones need to be high enough for the brain to shut off the aunt flo response that is due if there is no baby. My friend had a similar situation and she did lose her pg, but she didn't get a bfp until cd37 and we both think she had a weak/late implantation. She did manage to get pg the following cycle very quickly! I know your heart hurts and you probably won't sleep well... I think the "not knowing" is a lot worse than the outcomes we get. I do want you to have faith in your body and your ability to do this and have a healthy baby. If for some reason, things do not turn out well, know that you have love and support here always. I believe you can do this and don't be fearful of tomorrow---Babies have a way of capitalizing on our greatest weaknesses and making us better people. All babies, including angels....

hi hun hope you are ok! i've had all sorts of bleeding from pink to brown to lots of bright/dark red to the point it gushed had my 12 week scan on thurs and baby is doing fine and was kicking and waving around. my bleeding all started at around 5 weeks and only calmed down at around 10 weeks no one can explain the bleeding and what caused it but it is a really worrying time hope you and your little one are both well just relax and take it easy xxxx
