Sooooo fed up

I cooked a quiche for dinner which tasted so foul I had to throw it away. DH thought it tasted fine though.

So then I decided to bake a cake as I haven't baked one since finding out I'm pregnant. That tastes disgusting too!! How annoying is that?!! I LOVE my baking, I make the best cakes in London (even if I do say so myself, lol) but this one is just UGH.

DH is thrilled of course, all the more for him. Bah!

I am sure your food tasted yummy. Food always tastes better when someone else cooks it.

I baked today too.... and I very rarely bake... must be someting in the air
Food always tastes strange in early pregnancy... I normally always cook with onions.. but in all of my pregnancies, I absolutley cannot stand the smell or taste !!! Even to the point that when I'm in a shop, or walking down the street, I can small it a mile off on peoples breath... makes me feel so sick

Funnily enough I was reading about your baking earlier which is what inspired me to. I can't believe how gross food is tasting today, I hope it starts tasting normal again soon!

Onions..........just the thought of 'em are making me feel ill right now, lol!

They say pregnant women develop the "canine nose" or something like that (i guess we're dogs now) ....

The FBI should hire us for undercover missions.

haha JK. But i know what you mean, for some reason (and i know this sounds weird), i feel as if my hearing has gotten a lot better too.....I can hear things from like a mile away! Sometimes i wish i couldn't tho ...The littlest sounds seem to keep me awake all hours of the night since i've been pregnant

My mom says it's just another part of my body getting ready for the baby ...Makes sense...

I remember that.

I was terrible! I hated the kitchen!
If I craved something though the smell would be fine but the taste would just not be right at all!

Luckily it doesn't last long. But once that's gone you become a scary, dangerous, moody, eating machine. and you can't stop I'm always hungry these days. lol it's terrible.
