Nerves

I have my first scan tomorrow (i'm 11 + 4) and this is my first baby. I'm so nervous. I keep worrying that when i go for a scan they won't find a heartbeat or their find something wrong.

If something was wrong would i have had symptoms that something wasn't right by now?

I've had the usual morning sickness, wind / stretching cramps and some headaches but no bleeding at all.

Good luck at your scan tomorrow! I have mine tomorrow too and I'm also very nervous!

Aw good luck for your scan. I think there are things called missed miscarriages but they are very uncommon, maybe someone else has more information on them? Other then that I think you usually show some signs that you're miscarrying i.e. bleeding etc.

I haven't had many symptoms during my first 9 weeks, its mostly been tiredness that has done me in! I should get my scan date soon, hopefully before xmas! Good luck again for you scan, sorry if I wasn't much help! xx

good luck hun. i had my scan today and i felt exactly the same. i couldn't wait to see my baby but i was so scared at the same time incase they told me something was wrong. i'm sure everything will be fine for you hun just like it was for me
