Totally crap, the NHS...they just try and do as little as they have to...I experienced this on the weekend when my DH got taken in (he's ok now)...play them at their own game thats what i say!!! Use some of your National Insurance Contributions!!!!

Think I may be banned from my doctors now anyway...left them a nice message on their cancellations answer phone telling them excactly what I think of the NHS.....If you don't hear from me tomorrow then they have probably arrested me

Make an appt with the Dr and tell then how anxious and stressed this is making you - they have a duty of care and they should do everything within reason to help reassure you. This is definately within reason given your history. Be polite but insistent. Anne may have an opinion on when the best timing would be - I think the first scan was fine but the second one was the one that picked up on the ectopic.
xx

I agree with mervsmum 100%. But really quick I need to clear up something. The second scan determined that I was miscarrying. It looked as though it could have been an ectopic because of the fluid but it turned out that it was not an ectopic. If it was then I wouldn't have passed anything.
I am glad that you are able to get in within a reasonable period of time. Good luck! I am feeling better, thank you for asking. My numbers are down to 90 and the doctor told me that we can start trying again immediately! So i will be in here with all of you again really soon!
Please keep us updated on how it goes at the doctor! Good luck and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!

I too had a tr and it is very important to have a early scan but my DR. also keeps a eye on my hcg level, are you having blood drawn everyother day to make sure your numbers are doubling, those numbers can also let you know that your little bean is right where he/she is to be. Congrats on getting your bfp so fast, I wish you a happy and healthy nine months
