When are you planning on telling people? - Page 2

We've only told my best friend so far. I don't think we are gonna tell family for a little while yet, maybe around Xmas time depending on when our scan is. It's so hard keeping it a secret especially at work!

That's what is swaying me to tell our parents, if anything does go wrong I would like them to know. Am not intending to tell anyone else though til later on.

I am telling most of my family at Christmas because I think it's a great xmas present (it's all their getting, lol!).

I have told a few close friends. Some of my co-workers are starting to put 2 and 2 together. I am officially let work people know this Thursday if my scan is all good and we hear a hearbeat. Those who haven't figured it out by Thursday would figure it out anyway that night. We find out if we passed our CA exam Friday and Thursday night is a huge drinking event. The fact that I won't be drinking at yet another event and specifically this one screams "Gina is knocked up".

This is my 4th baby and i wont be telling as long as i can hide it, its too long a wait for my other children and they should know before everyone else, telling their father, my ex, will not be a pleasant experience either. If i can hold off for now, it will make my life so much easier lol. Having said that, i have no stomach muscles left and last time everyone could see it by 9 weeks lmao!

I've only told my sister and a close friend since I'm just 7 weeks. It will be my parents first grandchild and I don't want them to get their hopes up until I'm 12 weeks and feel the pregnancy will go full term.

i'm not telling till late january i think! basically coz im not so sure my parents will be so pleased. in fairness i can understand, i will be 24 with 3 kids under 2 but so what. i love having kiddies and no-one is gonna make me feel silly. they will be fine afterwards i know but i need time myself. altho my mum will prob guess as she guessed pretty quick on my last pregnancy which was a singleton!!

i told my mom the moment i got my bfp... called her squealing with joy! i cannot WAIT to tell my cowokers and everyone on the street next week after i have my ultrasound. if i see a little heart beating away i'm going to start shouting it from the rooftops that i'm pregnant!!!! soooo can't wait!
