Smells... shudder. I was Christmas Shopping earlier and accidentally ended up in the perfume section of the mall - I couldn't breathe and thought I was going to toss my cookies all over the pretty, smiling lady standing there all perky and frosted with her little stinky cologne spritzer. And while at a cafe with a friend the other day, her mom joined us and had ordered a fried egg sandwich. She sat next to me and the eggy wafts turned me absolutely green. And even just being offered some sort of clammy chowder... ug, thinking about this is making me feel unwell, so I think I'll go fix a nice cup of peppermint tea. Maybe I should get one of those nose plugs for swimming...

oh man the smell of my OH deodorant is so repulsive right now! It smells really odd and metalicky

He tried to give me a hug this morning just after spraying it as my MS was particularly bad and it really didn't help!! Had to push him away and run off to the bathroom- poor love looked so hurt!!

Girls!! It does wear off but for me (in my 1st preg) it took till about the 4mth mark! For me it was everything, but mostly coffee and if DH had had some.... oh boy.... such a turn off, couldn't kiss him or go near him if it was anywhere in the air.... horrid feeling. I am fortunate this time around that I have had no issues with smells - absolute opposite experience to #1. Hopefully passes quick for you poor dears.... I can empathise!!

Everything smell weird to me too. I turned the gas on the oven the other day and had to get OH to smell it coz I was convinced it didn't smell right! What really sends me running for the toilet is if I have to change a pooey nappy in the morning Hopefully it will wear off soon for all of us!

hey!!!

Just wanted to let you know that I was the same with my first pregnancy!! He smelt awful...like a salty..old peoples home was the only way I could describe it. We could share a bed as long as his head was far away from mine. It did fade when I was about 6 months. We had a lot of other problems too which could of made it take longer. I hope you manage to sort things out. Make sure you keep talking to him about how your feeling..... Good luck!!!!! :-D xxx

Aww I thought I had it bad as I can't stand the smell of our dog!! I hate it I usually giver her loads of attention but now in the evening dh has to sit the opposite end of the lounge from me to keep her over there with him!! Also the other day dh stroked my face and I said 'urgh I can smell metal really strongly'. He sniffed his hand and couldn't smell anything but said he had put his hammer away that morning before he went to work!! I could still smell it hours later!! So strange! Luckily dh doesn't repulse me yet...unless he has been eating cheese and onion crisps or drinking coffee
