ouch! pains


hi everyone

i am 8 weeks 5 days pregnant and am having realli bad stomach cramps havent had any up till now. i have a miscarriage at this same time in december. what does every1 think? normal? very worried!

Well cramps are normal and sometimes they can get really bad and painful. Have you been having any spotting or bleeding? Since they've some on suddenly though and with your history maybe you should get checked by a doctor tomorrow just to make sure everything is ok.

I'm sure it's probably just growing pains though. Mine were terrible sometimes and they come and go.

I've been having a few for the last 10 mins! I'm just gonna see how they go. If there's no bleeding I dont think you need worry hun. If they carry on ring your midwife.

cramps are normal,only if they get intensive you should call your doctor/midwife...

Cramps and pains are so normal throughout.

With history I would contact MW or the EPU if you have contact with them & see what they think - Sometimes they will scan if MC is in history x

You're bound to be more aware and worried ofter suffering m/c, snd the stress of worrying could contribute to the pains too. It is normal to have cramps in pregnancy, but if your concerned, pop in and see the mw. She will understand after everything you've been through, and may book you in for a reassurance scan
