hi ladies im a 34 yr old married mum of 7 wonderful children and i desperatly need some advice

this is going to be a longish one my other children i conceived with my ex partner no problems
ive remarried and my partner has had the snip so we decided to go for donor sperm we found a private donor and so weve been using this guy very professional comes to our home does his business and leaves us to ai i no sounds a bit weird

back in june on our first attempt i got pregnant at 6 weeks i had very slight spotting and then at 9 and half weeks we found out that we had blighted ovum and then went for medical management and finally lost our little baby on 21st august

our next attempt failed in october and this month we were over the moon to find out we were pregnant again im now 5 and half weeks pregnant but to be honest i dont think things look very good

late friday evening at around 7.30 i led down on the sofa and had to rush to the bathroom as i felt something weird i found red blood in my knickers the af kind bright red then darker red not a massive amount but enough to be there then as i wiped i found 2 smallish clots not tiny tiny probably about just less than a 10p coin size just that colour when u get them on your period
saturday i had nothing at all apart from a little brown gunk which i no its a little gorse but only when i put the tp in a little way then saturday evening i went for a shower went to the toilet and again discovered a tiny bit more fresh red blood again not coming out but when the tp was in a little bit sorry i no this all sounds really yuck
i woke up this morning to find quite a bit of the brown stuff with a tiny bit of red in it and had bits of it on and off today just brown atm not huge amounts but still its there

ive goto wait till tomorrow morning and ring gp as advised i should so i can be booked in for an early scan to either find out the inevitable or if everything is ok
im really unsure of whats going on ive had no cramping at all just obvioulsy the bleed

does this sound like an impending miscarriage i no noone is going to no for sure could there just be a tiny chance that things will be ok x

A colleague of mine is now 33 weeks pregnant, and bled for about 4 weeks at the start of her pregnancy, she was off work to rest all that time, but the little bean was in there and getting stronger.
I hope this works out for you

So sorry you are going through this. I poured red blood all throught ds2 pg. I also had a m/c where I spotted brown for 2 weeks before.
Everyone is different, it is hard to say..red blood can be OK but clots that size is worrying this early. Are you in any pain? cramping?
I would go to a&e and get checked out...

no pain or cramping at all even when i had the initial bleed on friday no more clots since either i did ring the hospital on friday i was just told to wait till monday and ring gp and they dont scan until i was 6 weeks which will be wednesday coming as nothing would show at my stage on a scan anyway . im not getting my hopes up i think either way ill no sometime this week whether things get worse or i get a no show on the scan
they told me not to go to a and e unless i get really heavy bleeding and or in a lot of pain
the initial bleed was id say about maybe a spoonful and obvioulsy was there when i wiped for a couple of hours after no more came out on the pad . then after that none at all apart from the little bit i had last night and again on wiping but ws red again nothing since but brown i hate this wait and see game its driving me nutsx

Aw hun. I've never dealt with any of that but I can see how it would be scary and frustrating to have to wait. I'm sending happy thoughts that everything is ok.

well rang gp this morning spoke to her i told her about the 2 clots she asked if i was still bleeding ( and the TMI alert i told her mucky brown stuff and again the morning browny red still no pains etc she said its could be a good sign if things have stopped ...sorry i wouldnt class browny red as stopped but hey ho i said what i was more worried about was the 2 clots i passed fri evening her reply was oh u dont have to loose clots to miscarry ..well thanks for that to then i was given the number to the epu so i rang them ive got a scan tomorrow at 2.15 she worked out i should be exactly 6 weeks tomorrow from the date of my lmp and cycle length

tbh i still dont think things are going to be good news im pretty much resigned myself to the fact that im going to be told that either ive lost it or due to or they cant find anything everyone says be positive but its so hard to be i even chucked out all my positive hpts last night dont want to be reminded

still i let u all no either way tomorrow as soon as i come home
