| I think anything from subway should be fine,
Raw eggs are out, some homemade mayo not good, but pasturised shop bought ok
Rare meat is genearlly ill advised.

| Supposedly we're not supposed to have deli meats because of the chance of getting listeria. It's a hard call since listeria is pretty rare. | | | | Status: Online

| I've been eating subway regularly, either steak & cheese with southwest sauce, or chicken & bacon ranch, and so far everything's been fine. If you're worried you could go for the veggie option, but honestly I think you should be ok whatever you choose. | | | | Status: Offline

| Thanks girls. I had the Christmas sub with gravy, and I made sure they heated the chicken really well. | | | | Status: Online

| They say deli meats are out because of the risk of listeria, but the chicken and steak should be fine. | | | | Status: Offline

| So far I think I've eaten everything that we're meant to 'avoid'...oh well. Still here to tell the tale and not been ill so must be doing something right!
Ooo I really fancy a Subway club with melted cheese now with all salad and drippy sweet onion sauce...oo yum! | | | | Status: Offline
