Tommy's pre-natal vitamins..

Is it possible that these were the things that were causing me awful stomach pain and constipation?
I finished the packet, and then started to take Sanotagen ones.. and the pains have gone.. and my constipation is easing?! x

I stopped taking these and changed to simple folic acid supps. The reason was i was blocked up and they also seemed to make my horrific m/s much worse!

I think different people tolerate supplements in different ways, certiainly iron instantly blocks me up and Vit C the opposite! lol

I've been taking these for over 3 months now and am not having any probs at all with them so I guess it does depend on each persons reactions x

Yeahh, it must be! I have never taken vitamins in all my life. My body obviously just doesn't like them. The sanotogen ones are alright at the moment though.
It's a double pack with omega 3 in too! x
