First meeting with Midwife :)

Soooo Happy Ive waited a Month to meet my midwife
and
yesterday at half 3 i did and it went really well, had bloods took etc and we listened for heartbeat she said we might not here it as im only 11 weeks but straight away there it was 160 average beats per min...
wow was so happy but what made me smile most was a funny noise which the midwife said 'that could well be your LO headbutting or kicking the machine' lol was so sweet....

Had to share this with you all as im on cloud 9 at the moment... just need to take in more iron as im a bit low any easy ways of getting more iron into me system??...

P.s hope ure all well...

I'm glad it went well and you're happy with your midwife.

My LO was kicking the doppler off at my last appointment too.

Hearing the heartbeat of your LO is so amazing! So happy that you got to experience it, and very quickly too I might add.

My doctor couldn't locate my LO heartbeat 3 weeks ago. I've bought a doppler and tried it twice but have put it away for now as I just get frustrated with it. My next doctor appointment is on the 18th so I am waiting until then for the doctor to find the heartbeat and put my mind at ease
