Thank you!

It's been a long 14 weeks so far and not hearing the heartbeat and my first scan scheduled next month (April 15th) doesn't help. However, I have booked a private 3d scan on March 20th because the waiting is driving me crazy

I think liver has too much of other vitamins you need to avoid.

Dark green veg is good for iron and folic acid too.

The quick and easy way is iron tablets tho

Oh congrats Teri.

Check out Grapenuts ceral. I noticed the other day that 1/2 c has 90% of your daily iron. Plus it has fiber, so there is less of a chance of constipation.

Liver has too much vitamin A. They strongly recommend avoiding it completely
