Natural Remedies for Sinus Headaches

I have read that sinus trouble is very common in pregnancy. Anyone found any NATURAL remedies that help relief sinus headaches? thanks!

I've had a sinus headache since last week! I've been told saline spray is wonderful, but I haven't bought any yet.

Lots of steam! Inhaling vicks or olbas oil from a steaming bowl of hot water. Also i usually flush out my sinuses with warm salty water. I just get a small amount (no more than about 5 ml) and pour it up my nose on the affected side. I keep my head tilted back for a while to make sure it circulates round, and then tip my head back forwards and let it run out. Then make sure you blow your nose really well. I get sinus problems a lot and find this always helps. It feels quite strange at first though!

I had this VERY bad in the early stages before I knew I was pregnant. I brought a neti pot -

- and this does the trick. But even with that the sinus headaches come because dr told me the lining is aggravated by pregnancy alone and its probably hormone related. I really sympathise as it was incredibly wearing.
