Not trying to scare you but go get checked out if you can... I seem to remember someone saying sharp shoulder pain can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy... I'm sure it could be something else too, maybe a twist or a turn wrong but I'm a firm believer of better safe than sorry...

I hope that it's nothing for you but maybe a good idea to get checked out...

Yes call your doctor right now. Shoulder pain can be caused by a lot of things but you want to rule out ectopic...

Here is some info:

Dittoing the others. Most likely you just hurt your shoulder somehow, but at 7 weeks it can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. Just a case of better safe than sorry, as Emsy said!

Call your doctor right away, they will examine you and if necessary you'll get a scan to be sure that all is well.

Try not to let this panic you, it's just sensible given that your shoulder hurts. Bet you wrenched it somehow, but the doctor will still be glad that you came in

Yes you must attend A&E immediately. This is symptomatic of an ectopic, and could very well be referred pain from abdomen.

It essential that you are seen asap, as the ladies above have suggested. This isnt something you should sit on and hope goes away.

I had an ectopic and it was so late in the diagnosis that I nearly died. Please please please go right away.

I hope it turns out to not be ectopic however you must get it checked out. Thinking of you XXXXXXX
