What yoghurts can i eat?

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone knew what yoghurts are safe to eat?. I have been searching the internet and some sites say don't eat live or bio yoghurts and some say it's ok. I'm very confused as i just want to eat a yoghurt!!! I'm 6 weeks pregnant 2morow.

why wouldn't that be ok? the only thing you have to stay away from are dairy products
that are not made of pasteurized milk bc that might have the lysteria bacteria, other than
that you're good to go with any yoghurt you can buy in the store.

if you buy it straight from the dairy farm you should ask them if it was pasteurized or not
