Please please dont get disheartened by this.

I had a scan less than 2 weeks ago. The was confusion over the dates and the was only a sac and absulutely nothing else to be seen.

As it turned out I was 5+2 and then this week at 6+3 we saw a heartbeat, the yolk sac and the fetal pole.

Please dont feel that its all over. These bloody scan people I dont think should scan before 6.5 at the earliest as its too worrying!

Chin up and positive thoughts please!!! Its really not over and I am sorry you are having to go through this!

Hi girls - well the worm has turned so to speak. I had what was to be my final ultrasound before scheduling D&C due to empty sac at the last ultrasound and slow increases in HCG - and they found a 6 week 2 day baby with a nice strong heart beat!!!

I am so excited. I know its still early days but its there and thats enough for me! Going back for my last early scan next week on Friday for final conformation and a nice piccy to bring home! Thanks for all your support and encouragement. x
