is the pressure when you urinate in the region of ovary?? or just above??? i've had that.
not sure about the spotting.. i had it for 2 days wen i was pregnant with my son but this time i didnt even have any pregnancy signs at all so im not sure if what i experieced with my 1st was implantation bleeding or something else, but my son was born healthy and is still a healthy 2 year old.

Mika honey I think pain + spotting = a trip to docs or EPU. If it were one or the other they might fob you of but you should probably get it checked out - if only to put your mind at rest.
