I think it's normal for symptoms to slack as your body is getting used to all the crazy hormone activity. |

Am bouncing around now fully of energy, no sore BB's, eating everything as normal, skin is now all clear etc. Cramping is still there in the evening but that's it. Enjoy it whilst you can before back ache, sore legs, tired feet etc soon start to kick in! |

Even though I have the max insurance I can possibly have! Don't worry ok, enjoy your holiday and just think about all those women over the years who have got to your point without even knowing they were expecting and all the things they've done etc. My mum didn't find out until she was 10 weeks with me and was in Greece on a girly/drinking holiday! I was a 9lb'er You'll be fine, it's just because you know from such an early stage now, it causes more anxiety. Have a lovely time and every time you start to worry about a niggly feeling etc, write it down and then just report back on it when you get back. What I'd do is if you get a cramp, write it down, then the next day, see if you've still got it, or get it again at the same time. If you don't then that's good, it's just random..if you do and it feels the same as the previous day, then just keep saying to yourself it's now just normal. I want to hear all about it when you get back and I want to hear that you're feeling more positive ok? |

I'll speak to you when you get back but I want you to promise me that every time you feel anxious, you'll take some deep breaths and think "now what would the others say on Baby and Bump..oh yes, that it's normal" ok? Take care, xxx | |
