I'm Currently Feeling:  | I thought my story can cheer you up as well....
At about 7 weeks I had the exact same thing... brown spotting... but it was only there when I wiped. I called my Doc and she told me that its common. So I didn't think anything of it. Later that night when I got home from work.. I went to go pee and there was RED BLOOD... again.. ONLY when I wiped. I immediately freaked out and called my Doctor. Being that it was afterhours I had to page her. She called me back and I told her my situation and she scheduled me for an ultrasound. She saw everything... The baby.. the heartbeat.. But she also saw.. in my uterus what was called VASCULAR BLOOD VESSELS. Little dark spots in my uterus. Turns out it was my body reacting to the babys development and I stopped bleeding in 3 days.

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Thanks all... but blood's heavier now. Just been to check and it's coming out of own accord - not just when I wipe.
Have a feeling this is it tonight.

Im going the exact thing at the moment! Started on Saturday and has been on and off since! Only a couple of times it has been red but it completely freaked me out - went to the doctors and she sent me for a early scan on tuesday, anyway had the scan and there was only the sac there so they put me back to only 5 weeks when i thought i was 6 weeks! so I am going back on Monday to make sure everything is ok!
Having to wear a pad so i just feel more secure - only a tiny bit on the pad and only when I wipe, but one minute its red and then its dark brown!
they did tell me at the hospital i have a few fibroids, a couple inside the womb and one the outside - so that maybe causing the bleeding!
My boobs only hurt now and again and i only feel light headed now and again, but nothing else!

Mrs H: hope yours turns out better than mine. At the moment the bleeding's suddenly heavier and coming of own accord so i think i'm now miscarrying. I may still go for my hcg on Monday and the follow up scan even if this carries on, just to check it's all gone.
This is my second m/c so I realy think I am hormone deficient in some way - poss progesterone...
Anyway, good luck to everyone and Mrs H let me know how your scan goes. I may still go for mine and will let you know.
