Don't worry too much just try and drink lots of water, fruit juice and fruit! try cutting down on meat protein as it is harder for the body to digest, i found that having some carbs (rice, potato etc) would help things along.
Cordial (squash) is fine as long as it isnt the sugar free stuff because they use sweetners which us pregnant folk are not supposed to have (aspartame i think is the name of it).
But don't worry it won't last forever, once you are into the 2nd trimester and things should get back to normal

I didn't know we shouldn't have sweetners in squash !!!!!!!!!!! I drink loads of the bloody stuff.... the 'No Added Sugar' ones

I had constipation, my Midwife told me to take some Lactulose and drink orange juice.... It worked but then my 'bump' disappeared

Aw hun, I'm so sorry
My Mum had breast cancer 2 years ago, and a mastectomy. She's 'ok' now, but everyone is always on tenterhooks everytime she goes back for her check up. I'm really sorry to hear your mums has returned

Yep, I have to agree with everyone else. You just need a bulking agent like Fibrogel or Senakot. You can get it over the counter and it is GREAT! You wn't be able to live without it after a while!!!

Hey there

My dad has just gone back into hospital yesterday, secondary cancer from the last lot. Thing, is he couldn't be happier. He says he has so much to look forward to this year (trip over here and baby grandchild) that he's on a high, can't bring him down. It's good to see.

Sorry can't help with the cordial info. I'm drinking a concentrated grape drink, not too much though, but better than water all the time. When I next go to the big super market in the city, I'll be scanning for Robinsons, I'm sure they have it there.

Update, still no movement, had a large bowl of fitness this morning, the cabbage didn't work yesterday, lol, feeling a little low in the belly so heres hoping for later
