my gp made fun of me :p

i went in for bloodwork this evening (results tomorrow)
and he asked if i had a positive HPT..
he laughed his head of when i told him i had 5!!!
and probably thought i was completely crazy when i told him
"but i just wanted to see the lines get darker"

i forgot, in a doc world, "a line is a line no matter how faint" hehe

just had to share hehe

That's funny! I took a ton of tests just to be sure, but I never told my doc about them all. I did show my H and my sister-in-law, who both thought I was nuts (I think).

My doctor loves making sex jokes, when I last went in he actualy said something along the lines of 'Sounds like your mans a very satisfied man!' after asking if I could pinpoint when conception occured and I said I couldn't! I couldn't believe this was the doctor I went to at the age of 3 with a tummy upset lol xx

I think its great when they've got a sense of humour.
I remember being heavily pregnant with my DS and my MW wanted to check me, internally. I couldn't get out of my knickers cause I was so big, I joked "corr if only I'd taken this long to get my knickers off 8 months ago - wouldn't be in this mess now!". I still have NO IDEA why I said this, it just came out!

I did a lot of tests... lol! I even did CB digitals each week so I could see myself go from 1-2 to 2-3 to 3+...
