symptoms waning...

Hi all - just after a bit of advice...

By my calculations I am 11+6 today. My symptoms seem to be subsiding, and have been doing for the past few days. My boobs aren't as sore, I've stopped feeling queasy (I was never actually sick) and those lovely trapped wind/constipation pains have retreated.

Did this happen to anyone else ... and was it just because you were on your way out of the first trimester?

Thanks girls x

I'm 11w5d today and I have felt absolutely brilliant for the past 2 days. Previously I was vomiting constantly, then all of a sudden it eased off and I had a burst of energy!

It kinda freaked me out to be honest, I do not feel remotely pregnant anymore! But if we are all noticing this, it must be normal. It must be because the placenta has taken over.

I bought a doppler and found babys heartbeat right away so I assume everything is okay and this is normal xx

Saw my midwife today for booking in appt and she said that would be normal, coinciding with my dates. All will be revealed at 2:10pm tomorrow when I have my first scan. Soooooo nervous!

Ah, you are approaching the magical 2nd tri!

This is because your body at this point has finished doing the very hard job of creating the placenta and you should start to feel half alive again.

I am currently counting down the weeks till then, when I (hopefully) will stop feeling exhausted, stop feeling constantly nauseous and be full of energy.

Good luck with your scan BabyJayne.

xx
