Hi Tinkerbell i know exactly what you are going through the father of my 3 children and the one i am expecting has unexpectantly decided that he doesnt want another baby and has done a moonlight flit. We were married ,divorced and last year we reconciled and now the pig has decided he feels trapped and has decided to hotfoot it to greece to work so i am going to be left to bring up 4 kids on my own please dont dispair at your situation your bloke doing a bunk will hurt you deeply but i am sure you have all the love that your baby needs it is his loss if he chooses to not awknowledge your baby and best you know now that he is a rat than later take care xx

why do men have no problem with running off and leaving their children behind?? im surprised to say im having a girl!!!! i have 3 boys already and have always dreamed of having a girl, but its weird im not that excited, i think its just with everything thats happened

Men do it because they can and we women are made from better stuff than that we dont abandon our kids! I am hoping for a boy this time as i have three girls fourth time lucky and all that put him to the back of your mind easier said than done i know but you will get through this take care xx

You don't need scum like him in your life--good riddance!

Although (and I don't know what the laws are like where you live) there's a good chance he has some legal responsibility to you and the baby. It might be wise to start consulting with an attorney now so that when the baby comes, you won't be dealing with all those costs by yourself.

I agree with abigail. Find out what legal responsibility Mr. Flake has and stick it to him. I can't agree more with the other ladies. Who would want a man like that around to be an example to their children? I know it is hard feeling like you are alone. But you are honestly so much better off relying on yourself than someone who is that immature.
