Rant!

WHY do people think they know everything about my pregnancy?! FFS. I think I liked it better when it was a secret, and it's only been two days.
My stupid sister, I've posted about her here before so some of the ladies who've been around a while will know!, thinks she has a right to tell me what to do. She's 16, and she got pregnant the first time she had sex because she's too stupid to use anything. She got an abortion at 5 weeks, and now keeps telling me about all her symptoms, and how she had AWFUL sickness (I live with her, she didn't!), and she kept eating KFC (again, she didn't).
Now she's just been telling me how I should eat less. Cheeky bitch. I said 'Well I'm hungry all the time, but when I sit down to eat I get full really quick, so I'm eating less and often. The midwife even told me to'.
To which she said 'You should just drink water when you're hungry. It's more important to eat all your dinner than to eat anything during the day. Just have cereal in the morning and your tea at night'. I tried explaining that I can't starve myself, it's important I eat when I need to for loads of reasons, not least that I start feeling dizzy and sick and headachey if I get really hungry. Surely the fact my belly is rumbling means I AM hungry
She just seems to think she's the oracle on pregnancy, when really she doesn't know anything! She obviously never did anything to make hers healthy iykwim and she didn't get past 5 weeks
I'm soo annoyed, it sounds stupid I know! Maybe it's the hormones

Aww hun, I know that people love to think they are the oracle when it comes to pregnancy..

When it comes down to it though.. you are the one going through such an amazing experience and maybe you sister is upset that it couldn't have been her after what she has been through.

Of course you know best about what is right for you and your baby and whatever she says cannot change that.

Deep breaths and Big

xx

Haha.. Love it..

Don't worry about her. My mums the same. If she see's me not eating all my dinner she moans I'm starving myself... I've told her plenty of times that I eat little and often like you as I get full really quickly and struggle to finish a full big meal but DO snack often during the day and never skip breakfast etc etc..

Its YOUR body... YOUR baby and no one knows what you want or need better than YOU

I get "advice" from people who have never been pregnant but their friends or their cousins best friends auntie swore by X Y and Z and I should try it cos they know how it works.

Piss off nobjockey, I HAVE tried everything going and when YOU are pregnant you will be able to relate a little bit more!

Everyone thinks they know best and they don't! Just ignore her!

I've been so bloody sick throwing up none stop and my mate (never been pregnant!) text me saying, oh just eat a biscuit before you get out of bed and you won't be sick.

Fuck off!
