i also had pain in my chest and and down my arm, it really freaked me out and happend on and off over a few days around week 5. I think it may have been stress and it has not happend since. I know its really hard but try to relax take time for yourself and I found having a long soak in the bath with a book helped relax me and take my mind off things. If the pain gets any worse though dont take any unecessary risks and get yourself checked again at A & E.
