yeah, I totally sympathise too. Been constantly nauseous since week 6 and week 12 seems a long way off! If it's really bothering you speak to your doctor about an antiemetic - someone posted a thread on here somewhere saying that there is one that is totally safe to take in pregnancy. Otherwise I suppose at least you have something concrete to show that you're pregnant until the bump kicks in

Awww hunny it will pass but i know exactly how u feel. I have been feeling costantly sick 24 hours a day and with 4 kiddies already at home its been a nightmare. I caved in today and went to see my doctor who has prescribed me Cyclizine tablets to help with the nausea. Not sure how helpful they are being tho time will tell i guess lol. Hope u feel better soon. Look at it as a reassuring syptom that pregnancy is progressing well xxx

I'm in the same boat. I've had constant m/s since mid October. Nothing I seem to do really helps all that much. But hopefully the end is in sight soon!

I've been feeling sick every time i'm even the slightest bit hungry, but don't feel like eating when I feel sick, going out for tea tonight and worried that i'll feel sick through that. I am hoping it will fade at some point, because it's getting difficult to cover up at work.

I've had horrible sickness since week 4 with this pregnancy. Last week I finally asked my doctor for Zofran (anti-emetic) and it's helped a LOT. I still feel nauseated but it's tolerable as long as I eat small, frequent meals and take it around the clock.

I am 11 weeks and, like you, feeling very miserable and wishing it would end soon! Hopefully after 12 weeks we will all feel better!

Oh Yuck, I am sooo tired of Morning Sickness!!! I have had it since 7wks, I am now 11.5wks. Here is my day.... hope some of it helps...

*Stay in bed for an hour and eat a cinnamon poptart. (the fruit ones=grossss!) SLOWLY get out of bed just to get a sprite out of the fridge and make it to the couch haha
*Mid morning snack choc chip granola bar
*Lunch either a certain brand of Turkey dog (no ketup etc) or a chicken corndog.
* Snack (which I never really stop snacking) pre sliced apple or grapes.
*Dinner.... I never really know, went somewhere and ordered something and when i got it i had to order something else. Salads seem to be ok, pancakes , subway is ok.
Somedays it works, and somedays I am still sick all stinking day.

I also have belly pops which seem to help. Do not cook at home, just give it up now. We do carry out a lot so I do not have to be in the stinky resturant and then we go to a park which fresh air also seems to help. I have learned though if I eat something that decides to disagree instead of holding it in and fighting it (which I always loose) it is easier to just get it out and start all over again. My Dr. said it should lighten up around 10wks and should hopefully be totally gone between 12-13 weeks. I can not wait! Good luck, hope you get to feeling better soon! Oh, Mint gum also helps.
