6+2 Early Scan - Chances of a heartbeat?

Hello, i'm going for a early scan tomorrow as i've been spotting since friday night. No cramps or pain, just uncomfortable just under my chest which i think is gas..well i hope its gas. If it was pregnancy related i would assume it would be way lower down.
I'm just wondering if anyone else went for a scan this early and saw a heartbeat. I'm pretty sure i conceived before the middle of my cycle so i'm hoping that i might be further along than i think and desperately praying that the little bean is fine and this bleeding is cervical erosion. Although the GP at A&E didnt mention cervical erosion i have self-diagnosed myself with it lol.
Also if anyone else has had cervical erosion, how long does the bleeding tend to last?
Thanks to anyone who replies.
Danielle xx

hi hun, we went for a scan at 5 +5 and saw a heartbeat. but we were warned before hand that it might of been too soon to see anything so try not to get too worried if the heartbeat cant be seen tomorrow. good luck hunni

Mine is next week at 6+4, and I expect to see a heartbeat!! Especially if using an internal U/S. Harder with abdominal, but still should see something. Good luck!! :-)
